Eagle's Wings is a private home healthcare provider that allows patients to receive services in their own homes or the home of a family member or facility.  Eagle's Wings offers skilled nursing care ordered by a physician.  Other care include personal support and companion sitter services.  Our visits are part-time or as needed.  Treatments plans have to be reviewed and updated every sixty to ninety days, depending on the amount of care the patient receives.

Services provided by Eagle's Wings require State licensure, but do not require a certificate-of-need to operate.  We offer services that are paid by Medicaid (CCSP, ICWP and SOURCE, private pay, private insurance, depending on the clients medical status.

Eagle's Wings' caregivers provide care for those with special needs of any age, senior home care, short and long term, recovery from surgery or accidents, wound care, and respite care.  We let the patient or their family decide.

Eagle's Wings' mission is to provide uncompromising skilled nursing, personal care, and companion sitter services for seniors, medically frail and those with special needs of any age in the privacy of their homes.  We also provide the same care in nursing facilities, patients recovering from surgery, an accident, and patients residing in a rehab and hospice facilities.
